Kasey Klenda is a co-founding partner with Shull & Klenda where his focus is on medical malpractice, motor vehicle collisions, serious injury, and death claims.
Throughout Kasey’s career, he has had the unique experience of representing both injured parties and one of the largest hospital systems in the country for a national AmLaw 100 law firm.
Kasey’s experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants gives him an edge to evaluate cases from both sides, and to understand the pressure points of insurance companies when negotiating settlements. He is a trusted partner and advocate to his clients.
Kasey has been named as a Rising Star by Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyer’s Publication for 2022 – 2025. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Kasey was born and raised in McPherson, Kansas, but now calls Kansas City home. He enjoys spending time with his daughter Audrey, going to the lake, and cheering on his Kansas City sports teams.
